Appointment Booking Policies
Response Time from Appointment Coordinator Rhonda Lofton: All appointment requests are responded to via text within 24 administrative business hours through our phone system. (Business Days: Monday-Saturday CLOSED Sundays). Appointment Line: 312-380-9592
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. We do this so that when you make this deposit we don’t double book with anyone else at that same time. It can be applied towards new service within a 1 year period as long as it was during the cancellation period. (strictly enforced)
Cancellation Policy(strictly enforced):
Timeframe: Cancellation must be given 7 days prior to the appointment. 50% of the balance will be required to book a new time slot.
Same Day Cancel: requires balance of invoice to be paid prior to booking any new services. (it is not forwarded to a new service as it causes revenue loss as we cant rebook a same day cancellation)
No Call No Show: No Rebooking
Late Policy: Life happens!! We have a 15-20 minute grace period and we extend both ways. Trayce Madre has a Licensed Assistant (Nakaria) that arrives for prep period as she then arrives post this timeframe. After that time frame we do charge $50 for each 25-45 minutes late on the balance for that day. (This goes for us as well) The $50 fee is then credited to the client behind you as a courtesy to why we are running late for the day and they are staying longer. After 45 minutes it is considered a same day cancellation. If you are running late we kindly request you send us a courtesy text to 630-685-4800. This alerts our IPAD in the Salon Loft so the entire team can see your message and move things to accommodate your new arrival time.
